Manager Program Development Loyalty & Partnerships (f/m)

We are looking for a committed Manager Program Development Loyalty & Partnerships (f/m)
To start as soon as possible in the Customer Loyalty & Partnerships Department within the marketing sector of the Air Berlin Group in Berlin.
 
Responsibilities
   
  • Development of innovative customer loyalty concepts
• Conceptualization, executing and controlling of cross-department projects as part of the program’s development
• Compilation of profitability analyses and reporting
• Self-reliant steering and documentation of projects as well as tracing of costs and outcomes
• Market monitoring and analysis of business key data
• Continuous quality management 

Requirements

• Graduate (degree from university, technical college, etc.) in fields of business administration, ideally with tourism or marketing focus
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of customer loyalty, product management or project management, ideally within the field of airlines or consulting
• Great aptitude for figures, technology and processes
• High level of commitment, flexibility, reliability, ability to work under pressure, excellent team player, as well as organizational skills
• Ability to work self dependent
• Above average analytical abilities, creativity and visionary thinking
• Heightened awareness of providing a service combined with deriving enjoyment from working with our customers and partners
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English, additional foreign language of advantage
• Experienced in dealing with modern software (esp. Microsoft Office)

RESPONSIBILITIES
KD Avia Airlines
 Strategic program leadership in line with airline business and commercial objectives
 Continuous program improvement to ensure commercial competitiveness including member data analysis
 Analysis of business processes, system implementation of functionality to support the program’s business requirements
 Technical coordination with software developers regarding functionality development
 New functionality testing
 Program website  design
 Creation of the business process documentation for the loyalty program department staff, sales department staff, call center staff
 Staff training
 Program rules development including award table, class of service accrual table, etc
 Partner negotiation, coordination of settlements with program partners

Aeroflot – Russian Airlines
 Analysis of business processes, system implementation of functionality to support the program’s business requirements
 Technical coordination with software developers regarding functionality development
 New functionality testing
 Creation of the business process documentation for the loyalty program department staff, sales department staff, call center staff, airline representation.
 Staff training
 Partner negotiation, coordination of settlements with Alliance airlines - program partners
 Lead  the program in accordance with an airline Alliance technical requirements

Projects participation:
 2005 – Managed Aeroflot Bonus database migration to Sabre Traveler Loyalty
 2006 – Managed Aeroflot Bonus integration into SkyTeam alliance, including commercial and technical negotiations with alliance partners
 2008 – Managed implementation of Sabre Traveler Loyalty at KD Avia Airlines

EDUCATION
1998-2004 – Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation, Concentration: Management
2003-2006 – Intensive English and French studies

LANGUAGES
Russian - native
English – fluent oral and written
French – basic

PC SKILLS
MS Office including MS Project, Sabre Traveler Loyalty, Unisys Customer Loyalty System  SabreSonic  reservations, SQL.

OTHER
Participated in Unysis and Sabre user forums and industry conferences. Willing to relocate.
